1. Services Provided

Evertop Roofing provides professional roofing services including, but not limited to, New Pitched Roofs, Flat Roofing, Roof Leak Repairs, and Guttering Services in East London and surrounding areas. All service agreements are subject to a site inspection and a formal written quotation.

2. Quotations and Estimates

Quotations: All quotes provided via the website or phone are estimates until a physical site survey is conducted. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your individual project contract. We reserve the right to request a deposit for materials before work commences. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the works.

4. Guarantees and Warranties

All new roof installations come with a workmanship guarantee. Warranties are only valid if the full payment has been settled by the homeowner.

5. Liability

Evertop Roofing maintains full Public Liability Insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural issues not visible during the initial survey.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
